POWER, SPEED, STRENGTH & AGILITY
We have developed an off-season training program to help baseball players improve on quickness, agility, flexibility, coordination, conditioning, and gain Explosive power as well as injury prevention. Instructors will run you through a workout program that is designed by experts specifically for Elite Athletes of all ages. Sparq Training, Ron Wolforth’s “Back Shaping” and Jim Labedie’s “World Class Sprinting ” are only a few programs that we utilize in our “POWER PROGRAM”

What we intend to do with your child is put them through a workout regime that will increase upper and lower body strength along with the ever important core. Hurdles, ladders, med balls, core balls, jump ropes and very light weights will be utilized throughout the course of this camp. Fun, Fun, Fun, will be mandated so as not to get them discouraged about coming the next week. Our training and info that we received has nothing but the best intensions to help your son/daughter to have fun while getting stronger. No VIDEO GAMES!

This camp is intended for athletes that are looking at becoming ELITE ATHLETES. Increased POWER,STRENGTH AND QUICKNESS are all goals we intend to achieve when training athletes in this camp. We will develop general strength in the athlete which is a necessity before advanced conditioning is even considered. After this period we will advance the athletes at a max speed to achieve their goals. We utilize SPARQ, RON WOLFORTHS “BACK SHAPING”, JIM LABEDIE”S “WORLD CLASS SPRINTING WORKOUT” and P90X MUSCLE CONFUSION programs to achieve your best possible athletic conditioning. We had at least 12 High School 1st, 2nd and Honorable Mention selections train in this camp the last 2 years. Simply “THE BEST” A necessity to become the best you can be!!! Power & Conditioning Camps
